Suspension polyvinylchloride (PVC-S)

Polyvinylchloride – thermoplastic vinyl chloride polymer, formula [-CH2-CHCl-]n.

 PVC-S is one of the most common plastics. It is used in production of profiles, siding, cable compounds, sheets, pipes, various types of films, including films for stretch ceilings, artificial leather, polyvinylchloride fiber, polyvinylchloride foam, shoe making plastic compounds, furniture edges.

PVC-S is packed in 25 kg paper bags, 500 kg, 550 kg and 1,000 kg one-time big size bags. 

Guaranteed shelf life – 1 year after the manufacture date. In conditions of long storage – 5 years from the manufacture date. 

In terms of level of effect on organism, PVC-S pertains to the 3rd class of hazard. There is a Compliance Certificate for the product. 

We provide PVC-S of S-6669PJ, S-6359М, S-5868PJ, S-70U marks. PVC-S of S-5868PJ, S-6359М marks are regulated by GOST 14332-78. S-6669PJ mark is regulated by TU 2212-186-00203312-98. S-70U mark is regulated by STO 00203312-006-2012.

Soda ash

Soda ash (Calcium carbonate Na2CO3) in arid state being colorless crystal powder is produced using the ammonia soda process (Solvay process), and also during integrated nepheline processing.

Soda ash is used in the glass, chemical, aluminum industries, iron and non-ferrous metallurgy, soap, fats and oils industry, food, textile, paper, oil and other industries, chemical treatment of water, production of plastic and synthetic resins, processing gold bearing and uranium ores, production of detergents and domestic use.

We offer dense and light soda ash to the market.

The soda ash is packaged in 40 kg paper bags and 25 kg polypropylene bags, 800–900 kg (Dense) and 600–650 kg (Light) one-time soft special containers.

Guaranteed shelf life of soda ash dense is 3 months, soda ash light is 6 months, packaged in soft special containers – 5 years from the manufacture date. Store the product in covered warehouses, silos, hoppers protecting it from moisture.

Product safety is certified by the Safety Data Sheet. The product is not subject to mandatory conformity verification in the form certifications and declaration.

Soda ash is registered in accordance with requirements of the ЕС REACH regulations.

Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion Certificate was received for soda ash light, confirming the use of the product as a reagent for potable water.

Soda ash has a Compliance Certificate and an Application Certificate in the TEKSERT to be used in oil and petrochemical industries.

Sodium bicarbonate

Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda, bicarbonate of soda, sodium hydrogen carbonate) is white crystalline powder without odor. Chemical formula is NaHCO3.

Sodium bicarbonate has a wide range of applications. Mostly, sodium carbonate is used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods industries and production of combined feed.

Food industry – in bread baking, confectionary, making beverages.

Chemical industry – production of dyes, foam plastics and other organic products, fluoric reagents, household chemistry, fire extinguisher fillers.

Light industry – in production of sole rubber and artificial leather, leather making (leather tanning and neutralization), textile industry (finishing silk and cotton fabrics).

Medical and pharmaceutical industry – production of medicines, biologically active supplements, hemodialysis.

About 50 % of sodium bicarbonate is used for household purposes: as leaven for home baking and confectionary products, as detergents, for medical purposes (expectorants, heartburn remedies) and many other purposes.

Sodium bicarbonate is packed in 25 kg polyethylene bags, one-time use special big bag containers (2 and 4 sling) with a maximum mass of 1 ton. Product intended for retail is packaged in consumer packaging – 500 g cardboard packs.

Sodium bicarbonate can be transported by all types of transport (except aviation) in covered vehicles in accordance with Goods Transport Rules applicable for this vehicle type.

Guaranteed shelf life of bicarbonate of soda is 12 months from the manufacture date. Product service life is unlimited.

Product safety is confirmed by the Safety Data Sheet and State Registration Certificate of Sodium Bicarbonate as food additive Е-500.

Sodium bicarbonate is registered in accordance with requirements of ЕС REACH regulations. Sodium bicarbonate is regulated by GOST 2156-76.

Caustic soda

Caustic soda flakes (technical sodium hydroxide flakes) – flake mass of white color, very hygroscopic, very soluble in water and alcohol. The formula is NaOH. Technical sodium hydroxide flakes are obtained by evaporating of liquid caustic soda А grade.

The product is used in organic synthesis processes, petroleum products refining, textile industry in production of viscose silk and in bleaching fabrics, in paper and aniline industry, soap making, production of aluminum and sodium metal, soluble glass, alkaline accumulators, Trilon B.

Caustic soda flakes are transported in 25 kg, 50 kg polypropylene bags, special soft containers with a maximum mass of 1,000 kg, 60 kg polyethylene barrels (without the insert) are used for packaging the product.

Guaranteed shelf life of the product is 1 year from the manufacture date. 

Caustic soda flakes are regulated by STO 00203312-017-2011.

Cable PVC compounds

Cable PVC compounds are thermoplastic materials derived from processing polyvinylchloride compositions, produced as granules. Various properties are imparted to compounds depending on applications and item operation conditions. This is achieved by using plasticizers, stabilizers and modifiers in various combinations in compositions.

PVC based plasticizers have considerable mechanical strength and water resistance, high thermal resistance to low temperatures, good insulation properties, insoluble in gasoline and kerosene, abrasion, acid and alkali resistant. PVC based compounds are readily welded and glued.

Cable PVC compounds are used in the cable and conductor industries for manufacture of insulation and protective wire and cable sheaths. The main final consumers of the PVC based cable and conductor products are energy and construction industries.

Our range includes cable PVC compounds of the following marks:

  • E-40-13А, formulation 8/2.

  • О-40, formulation ОМ-40 (black, unpainted, white, snow white).

  • NGP 30-32;

  • NGP-M-PE 30-30;

E-40-13A, formulation 8/2 is designed for manufacture of insulation of wires and cables used within the temperature range from – 40 °С to + 70 °С.

О-40, formulation ОМ-40 is designed for manufacture of protective sheaths of wires and cables used in the temperature range from – 40 °С to + 70 °С.

NGP 30-32 low flammability compound is designed for manufacture of protective sheaths of wires and cables used in the temperature range from – 30 °С to + 70 °С in conditions of increased fire hazard.

NGP-М-PE 30-30, NGP-М-PO 30-35 are designed for manufacture of items operated in regions with climatic conditions and placement categories defined in the regulatory documentation for certain items, in conditions when high fire safety requirements are raised: flame retardance when cables are laid in bunches, low emission of smoke and combustion products, low toxicity (nuclear power plants, thermal and hydro power plants, subways, ships, high-rise buildings, industrial structures, storage facilities, crowded places, etc.).

On the client’s request, it is possible to produce cable PVC compounds of the following marks:

  • E-40-13A (BS).

  • E 40-14.

  • ET-105.

  • E-40-13A -105 (BS).

  • О-40 (BS).

  • О-50.

  • О-55.

  • NGP 40-32.

  • NGP -M-PV 28.

Cable PVC compounds are packed in 25 kg polypropylene bags or 715 kg and 1,000 kg one-time big size bags.

Guaranteed shelf life in a closed space is 1 year from the manufacture date; in long storage conditions in normal warehouse conditions at a temperature from +5 оС to +35 оС, it is 3 years from the manufacture date.

Cable PVC compound depending on its mark is regulated by GOST, TU, and STO.

PVC insulation tape

Tape must be free from through holes, cracks, folds, pores, bubbles, air pockets, rips on the edges. Roll surface is smooth. Color: black, brown, blue.

PVC insulation tape without adhesion layer is designed for use as a wrapper for constructions with combined reinforced and regular protective coatings in construction and repair of oil pipelines and gas pipelines.

Tape is manufactured from PVC compound by roller calendering method

Application of tape can be performed at ambient temperature: brand A – minus 30 °C to plus 40 °C; brand B – minus 20 °C to plus 40 °C.

Tape is not a hazardous product.

The tape is supplied in rolls wound on cardboard or plastic bobbins. Each roll is packaged in a polyethylene or polypropylene bag. Roll weight 25-30 kg.

It is transported by rail, road, air, sea and river transport.

The guaranteed shelf life – 2 years from date of manufacture. The tape should be stored in closed premises, protected from direct sunlight and rainfall at ambient temperature not below – 40 °C and not above + 40 °C, away from organic solvents and corrosive media.

White carbon

White carbon is a fine precipitated silicon dioxide. The chemical formula is – mSiO2•nH2О.

White carbon is used as a reinforcing filler material for synthetic and polymer materials in tire, chemical, light industries, in industrial rubber goods and in other industries.

We provide white carbon BS-50, BS-100, BS-120 and U-333; active fillers BS-100, BS-120 and silica filler Rosil-175.

White carbon BS-50, BS-100, BS-120 and U-333; active fillers BS-100, BS-120 are packed in four-layer laminated bags. One layer is made of paper laminated with polyethylene (weight of bag is 20 kg max). Or white carbon can be packed in disposable soft containers up to 1000 kg.

Silica filler Rosil 175 is packed in four-layer laminated bags. One layer is made of paper laminated with polyethylene or in four-layer bags brand BMP according to GOST R 53361; or in plastic bags according to GOST 17811 and polyethylene bags in accordance with the current normative documentation; or in plastic bags according to GOST 17811 inserted into polyethylene bags in accordance with the current normative documentation; or in soft disposable specialized containers in accordance with the current normative documentation.

Other packaging materials in accordance with the current normative documentation that meets the requirements indicated in these specifications can also be used.

White carbon is transported by any type of transport in accordance with the Regulations on cargo transportation that are valid for certain type of transport.

The guaranteed shelf life – 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Product Safety is confirmed by passport Material Safety Data Sheet. The product is not subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity by certification or declaration.

Calcium chloride

We supply solid (calcined) and liquid calcium chloride to the market. Solid calcium chloride is granules of white color. The formula is СаСl2. Liquid calcium chloride is solution of yellowish-gray or greenish color, clear or with light haze. The formula is СаСl2*nH2O.

Calcium chloride is most commonly used in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry (as a component of fluids for extinguishing wells, drilling mud fluids), in the chemical industry (as dehydrators in production of ethers, gases, for production of paints), in construction and operation of motor roads (as deicing agents).

Solid calcium chloride is packed in one-time soft special containers with a mass not more than 1,000 kg. It is transported by any type of transport in accordance with Goods Transport Rules applicable for this type of vehicle. Liquid calcium chloride is transported in railway cisterns with top discharge and tank containers on flat cars.

Guaranteed shelf life of calcium chloride is 8 months from the manufacture date.

Calcium chloride has a Compliance certificate and an Applicability Certificate in TEKSERT system to be used in the oil production and oil processing industry.

Calcium chloride is regulated by GOST 450-77.

Hydrochloric acid

Hydrochloric acid is a solution of chlorine hydride in water; strong monoacid. The formula is HCl.

The product line includes synthetic, waste, inhibited and reactive hydrochloric acids.

Synthetic hydrochloric acid is used in the chemical, medical, food industries, non-ferrous and iron metallurgy.

The product is carried in special 42–70 ton rubberized cisterns, polymer barrels, containers.

Guaranteed shelf life is not limited.

The synthetic hydrochloric acid has a Compliance Certificate and an Application Certificate for the product to be used in technologic processes of oil recovery and transport. The product has been registered in the Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances Register of the RF.

Technical synthetic hydrochloric acid is regulated by GOST 857-95.

Waste hydrochloric acid is used in the chemical industry for acidification of brine in production of caustic acid, production of regenerated hydrogen chloride, obtainment of metal chlorides, in iron and non-ferrous metallurgy for skimming oxide film from metal surface in the process of metal leaching from ores; in other industry sectors – for cleaning boilers and chemical water treatment not connected with potable water supply.

Transportation is in special 42–70 ton rubberized cisterns, and also in the consumer’s containers: clean, corrosion-proof for the product.

Guaranteed shelf life is 1 year from the manufacture date.

A Compliance Certificate has been issued for the waste hydrochloric acid. The product has been registered in the Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances Register of the RF.

Hydrochloric acid produced from waste gases of organochlorine production is regulated by TU 2122-247-00203312-2005.

Inhibited hydrochloric acid is used for picking of iron and non-ferrous metals and items made of them, acid treatment of oil wells, chemical treatment of boilers and devices from deposits of various compositions, including carbonate ones. Inhibited hydrochloric acid has no destructive effect on metal itself.

Transportation of hydrochloric acid is possible by railway and road transport. The product is transported in special 42–70 tons rubberized cisterns, rubberized tank trucks. There is a possibility of packaging in cubic medium size containers consisting of a plastic tank with dimensions of 1,200 х 1,000 х 1,175 (h) mm, wall thickness (2.0±1) mm, metal grating of welded thermally galvanized steel pipes, with a capacity of 100 dm3. Using other packaging ensuring safety and quality of the product is admitted on agreement with the customer.

Guaranteed shelf life is 1 year after manufacture.

A Compliance Certificate and an Application Certificate of the product have been issued for the inhibited hydrochloric acid to be used in technologic processes of oil recovery and transport.

The product has been registered in the Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances Register of the RF.

Inhibited hydrochloric acid is regulated by TU 2122-205-00203312-2000.

Reactive hydrochloric acid is used as a reactive in radiotechnical, electronic, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Hydrochloric acid is transported by railway and road transport. It is packaged in 31.5 dm3 polyethylene barrels, polyethylene canisters (as agreed with the consumer), in 42–60 tons steel rubberized railway cisterns, consumer’s packaging: clean, corrosion-proof for the product.

Guaranteed shelf life is 1 year from the manufacture date.

A Compliance Certificate has been issued for the reactive hydrochloric acid.

The product has been registered in the Potentially Hazardous Chemical and Biological Substances Register of the RF.

Reactive hydrochloric acid is regulated by GOST 3118-77.

Evaporated salt without additives

Evaporated salt without additives is powdered odorless bulk product without impurities.

Industrial evaporated salt is used in chemical industry: for chemical treatment of water heat supply system (open and closed type), for prevention of road icing (as a part of sand and crushed rock mixture), in oil industry and for other technical purposes.

Evaporated salt is transported by any type of transport in accordance with the Regulations on cargo transportation that are valid for a certain type of transport. Means of transportation must be clean and dry. Containers with evaporated salt are transported in open cars and by road vehicles.

Evaporated salt is packed in soft specialized containers type MKR -1.0S or MKR-1.0L. Other packaging materials can also be used.

Evaporated salt is stored in roofed warehouses, protected from ingress of water. Paved areas can be used of this product storage.

Evaporated salt in polymer packagings must be protected from direct sunlight.

The guaranteed shelf life – is 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Evaporated salt has Certificate of compliance and Certificate of applicability (system of voluntary certification TEKSERT) for use in oil and petrochemical industry.

Polyelectrolyte VPK-402

 

Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 – colorless to yellow homogeneous fluid without foreign matter.

It is used as a flocculant and coagulant for the following purposes:

– intensification of processes of water treatment for deposition of fluidized particles, active slime, it provides an effective clearing of turbid waters;

– dehydration of deposits of urban and industrial sewage;

– compaction of deposits on slime platforms;

– treatment of natural water and sewage of coalpreparation plants, lacquer and paint plants and refineries;

– clearing of industrial sewage from mineral contamination;

– clearing of antibiotics solutions in medical industry.

Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 is used for purification of drinking water in domestic water supply. Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 can be used independently and in combination with coagulants.

Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 is packaged in polyethylene drums up to 227 dm3. The product can be filled into consumer’s container. The product is transported by rail tank cars.

It is transported by rail, road transport in roofed means of transportation.

The guaranteed shelf life – one year from the date of manufacture. Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 should be kept in closed containers with enamel or polymer coating or in stainless steel containers in clean and dry warehouses at temperature not above +40 °C.

Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 is non-flammable, non-explosive, low-toxic. Polyelectrolyte VPK-402 belongs to 4th class of hazard regarding its effect on body.

The product has the certificate for application in technological processes of oil production and oil transportation.

Expert statement of Federal state budgetary institution «Research Institute of human ecology and environmental hygiene named after A.N. Sysin» is issued for use of the reagent for intensification of wastewater treatment processes in oil refining industry, for purification of drinking water in domestic water supply.
